How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll select delivery and installation dates, enter shipping and payment info, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Affirm for installment payments (4 interest-free payments).

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! We offer Affirm at checkout, which lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. No credit check required for most orders.

How do I apply a promo code?

Is shipping really free?

Yes! Free shipping and delivery is included on all orders throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. No minimums, no hidden fees.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the Bay Area takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for an additional $49.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Bay Area including San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Palo Alto, Fremont, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Berkeley, and 16+ cities. Outside of Bay Area: contact us for shipping options.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Use our order tracking page with your order number and email to see real-time updates including live driver location on delivery day.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Someone over 18 must be present to receive delivery. If you're not available, we'll reschedule for free. You'll receive SMS reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before arrival.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, refuse the package or contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately — no hassle.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes! At checkout you can select your preferred delivery date and time slot (morning, afternoon, or evening). We confirm within 1 hour.

Is installation included?

Yes! Free professional installation is included with every gazebo, pergola, and canopy purchase across the Bay Area. No hidden fees.

How long does installation take?

Typical installation takes 3-5 hours depending on product size and site conditions. Larger structures may take a full day.

Can you install on a deck or concrete patio?

Yes! We have specialized hardware for wooden decks, concrete patios, paver stones, and grass installations.

What's included in the installation service?

Free delivery, full professional assembly, ground anchoring, mosquito netting setup, hardware tightening, complete site cleanup, feature walkthrough, and 2-year installation warranty.

Can I install it myself?

Absolutely. All products come with detailed instructions and all hardware. Self-installation typically takes 6-8 hours with two people. However, professional installation is free, so why not let us handle it?

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with free pickup. Returns must be in original packaging. No restocking fees, full refund within 5 business days.

How do I start a return?

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and click "Return Item". Or contact us at hello@gazeasy.com. We'll schedule free pickup within 3 business days.

Will I be charged a restocking fee?

No, we never charge restocking fees. As long as the item is in original packaging within 30 days, you receive a full refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. We'll pick up the original and deliver the new item. No additional shipping fees.

What's the difference between a gazebo and a pergola?

A gazebo has a solid, fully-enclosed roof for complete shade and weather protection. A pergola has an open roof with beams or louvered slats, providing partial shade and a more open feel.

What size should I choose?

For 4-6 people: 10' x 10' or 10' x 12'. For 6-8 people: 12' x 14'. For larger groups: 12' x 16' or our pavilions. Our design consultants can help — contact us for a free recommendation.

Are your products weather-resistant?

Yes! All our products are built for Bay Area weather including rain, fog, UV, and winds up to 60 mph. Frames are rust-resistant powder-coated aluminum or galvanized steel.

Do gazebos come with curtains and netting?

Most of our hardtop gazebos include both privacy curtains and mosquito netting. Check the product description for specifics, or contact us if unsure.

What's the difference between hardtop and soft-top gazebos?

Hardtop gazebos have rigid metal or polycarbonate roofs — built to last 10+ years and handle all weather. Soft-top gazebos use canvas or polyester fabric — lighter, more affordable, but typically need replacement every 3-5 years.

Warranty

What does the warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural integrity, and installation issues. Hardware and frame are covered for 2 years; fabric components for 1 year.

How do I claim warranty?

Contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps — usually free replacement parts.

Does the warranty cover weather damage?

Our products are designed for normal weather including rain, snow, and winds up to 60 mph. Damage from extreme weather events (hurricanes, tornadoes, falling trees) is not covered.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes! We offer extended warranty plans (3-year or 5-year) for an additional fee at checkout. Contact us for details.
